60 degree temperatures get us thinking of the warm weather approaching and an end to winter confinement. I took advantage of a warm day by visiting the
Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden in beautiful
Belmont, NC. With orchids in bloom and plenty of other flowers through out the grounds it was a great time to try some new techniques and capture the beauty of the season. C'mon warm weather and goodbye winter!
Many thanks to my friend Bill Kent who recently helped with some very bad technical and physical problems I encountered with my computer. Bill got my
totally crashed computer up and running and
very backed up. Also thanks to a couple of photographers who always share their knowledge with me,
Larry Geter and
Terie Christmas Davis. Larry and Terie have helped with my understanding of macro photography and are always keeping me inspired!
Thank you Bill, Larry and
Terie I got the blog up again!!
Thanks for viewing the blog and have a great week!
