Visiting museums and looking at different forms of art is always interesting and inspiring. When it comes to sculpture, Roman and Italian work is dominated by portraits of men and women that does nothing to hide any of the physical and personal imperfections of the human form. Greek influence of Roman sculpture can be seen in many of the busts and statues of Roman emperors and senators. By simply portraying the true human form, Romans began to differentiate their work from earlier Greek sculpture. Italian sculptures tend to portray emotion and self vanity along with their rippling physiques, and sometimes..........not.
