Dixie's Tavern

Dixie's Tavern, located on 7th Street across from the 7th Street Station, closed about a year ago. A park is planned for the property as part of the First Ward Initiative project. 

 

The Hearst Tower, 659 feet tall 47 floor building, opened in 2002.

 

The Bank of America Corporate Center standing at 871 feet and with 60 floors, was opened in 1992 and is the tallest building in Charlotte.
